My lovely friend Isabelle sent this awesome little blog to me about creating a “shabby chic dangly earring holder.” So, since I’m on break and it didn’t seem particularly hard, I decided to give it a try. Now, those who know me, know that I am SO not the craftsy chabby chic creator of such things, but anyway, this is the result of my efforts. I won’t lie, given my lack of all things craftsy, I’m bowled over by my results.

Big ups to Isabelle for the daily Stumbles; they literally make my days. And of course the big shout out to The Life Compass who suggested the little inverted Vs to hold it up rather than leaning it against the wall. See, this is the stuff of which I would never think.
p.s. There would have been no purpose for this little experiment without the amazing generosity of my FB Mosh Pit (otherwise known as all of my lovely friends out there) who sent the loveliest dangly earrings to adorn my bald head.
p.p.s. The shrimp & grits recipe (of course modified slightly by LC) on the Kevin & Amanda website are delish. If that’s your thing, definitely give it a try.
I think it looks better than the one they showed on the blog! This could be the start of something big… Move over Martha S. xxx
